Blatant theft and empty promises!! WORST NETWORK EVER!!!!!!!!!

CELL C doesn't even deserve a one star, if only I could give them a -5 stars!!! For 6 years they are *****ing my money and making empty, useless promises. I followed their cancellation protocols and still they dare to ***** my money!! I cancelled my contract due to poor network coverage, empty promises, *********** personal in store and at the customer care call center. Each time I have a problem the shop tells me to call customer care, customer care tells me the problem is out of their hands I need a new sim card or go in store to get my problem fixed. Not one person I have dealt with in the past 6 years want to take any responsibility for there job or to make an effort to do their job and assist a client !!!!!!!!!! They are super fast to contact me when its time for an upgrade but no one can sort the current problems. Each time they make new, nicer and prettier promises but cant delivery decent network. Absolutely useless!! So much money wasted.
