Blatant theft

<p>After my previous posts on this website and phonecalls from Cell C I thought that my problems had been sorted out but this is not so; I checked my data balance and, at the same time, was notified that my next payment would be R331 instead of the usual R110, this after limiting any additional deductions to R1.00 above my monthly deduction of R110 on this data contract (which was actually R99/month when I signed up but of course there are always hidden, undisclosed costs). This, to me, is blatant theft (the R331, not the extra R11/month which I am prepared to live with even though it was not part of the contract)! I have come to realize that giving debit order authority to companies such as Cell C is a catastrophic mistake, always necessitating corrective measures which, if not disclosed on sites such as Hello Peter, are never resolved.</p>
