BLATANT LIES

I was up to for an upgrade and MTN had a great black friday deal so I called to cancel my contract and port to MTN. They put me through retention and told me that they will match my deal guaranteed. I told them that would be great but I need it guaranteed as it was a black friday deal. They said for sure, they will call me with the details.

I dealt with Dineo Magopela. It went into a black hole. I then initiated contact and asked what was going on. Constant reminders, calls , emails resulted only in them saying they are waiting for the paperwork.

Eventually they said NO THEY CANNOT MATCH unless I take a device and that they will send me the options ... Still waiting ...

Bottom Line . They are *****, they say they will match but they will not and you will loses out DO NOT BELIEVE IT
