Blatant airtime theft

I'm disgusted at the manner in which cell c *****s airtime. They deliberately bill your airtime instead of data and I want my airtime back! I bought R60 airtime only yesterday and imagine my shock this morning when I checked my balance and it was R1! I only bought whatsapp data and still had a R45 airtime balance. The extras provided when I recharge are still there, the free minutes, smses and data. I'm absolutely livid right now! I didn't think cell c would pull Vodacom stunts but here we are, constant top ups but nothing to show for it.
