blamed for lack of service

6 months ago i could download 6 tv series episodes simultaneously on cell c and use whats app,facebook,bbm and we chat . Now i send 1 7mb file and everything else just does not work . Worst of all te 7mb file takes 1 hour to send. Cell c technicians say my sim is damaged. But when i put a vodacom sim in the same file downloads in 1 min 6 seconds. The level of internet 3G (haha) service is almost zero. It is scandalous they seem to deliberately weaken intenet services so that we cannot use our data ensuring more profit. Tomorrow a consultant will come spin doctor it again to cover up. Cellc stop passing the buck fix the network something has gone wrong. I work at night and need my phone urhgently whilest transporting patients. I am a paramedic. If this persists I will have to vote with my feet.
