Blacklisting a number
On the 10th of November i went to Cell C to blacklist my sim card and they gave me a reference number. The person who was helping me at the store advised me to call customer care on Monday to check if my sim card/phone is blacklisted. I checked on Monday which was the 12th November and the lady said i should wait for seven days because it does not show that I blacklisted. Today i called again and they told me to go back to the store and unfortunately I will not be able to go to the store anytime soon due to distance and i have to claim my ****** phone at my insurance. Please help.

According to feedback on the reference number you provided, the device was blacklisted by Vodacom and you would need to inquire it with them in order to obtain the ITC reference number. Kindly private message us the device IMEI number to ensure it corresponds with the number sent to our head office by the Wonder-park Store.

I already have an ITC number from vodacom and i need another one from Cell C because my phone had 2 sim card slots and my insurance wants an ITC number for the second slot which is the cell c sim card.

One of your consultants called me and they told me that they can't give me an ITC number because i already have one from vodacom. She told me to use my reference number that you gave me, but now I just got off a call with my insurance and they want me to send a letter from Cell C that state that you cannot give me an ITC number because vodacom already game me one.
Can you please send me a letter stating that you cannot give me an ITC number so that i can give it to my insurance. It will be proof that i did try to blacklist my phone at cell c and a reason why it was not successful. Which is because of the ITC number that i have from Vodacom.
