Blacklisting a handset

<p>Really disappointed and frustrated at their service. Went into the cresta store on 28/03 to blacklist my handset was advised that it will take 24-48 hrs and ITC number will be sms to me. 2 days went by and no sms received, called the store on Thursday 30/03 , the sales person said I must call the call centre, wen I called them they advised me that no call was logged, I called the store back the same sales person said that he will enquire and call me back. Didn't hear back from him so I called again on Friday 31/03 spoke to Thandeka the manager you also promised to call me back but didnt.... I don't understand this inefficiency.... I need the ITC number to open a case to track my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
