Blacklisted without even being contacted
I just a call from a debt collecting company stating that Cell C blacklisted me on the credit bureaus I haven't even been contacted about the Cell C account in question. How do you blacklist someone without even making arrangements with the person. I think that it is unfair practise to blacklist a person without following the correct debt collection procedures.
