Blacklisted me after iv made payment arrangements

Sent my phone in for repairs as per the agents request at Hemingway mall cause my sim card would not work. so the phone was sent in and when i called they say my phone is blacklisted and they cant release the phone until the full amount is paid in full. i have been making arrangements with cell c lawyers to make payment arrangement and then they pull this on me.
