blacklisted for terminated contract

<p>I opened an account with cell c for a Nokia in 2013, the term of the contract 24 months ended but cell c kept on debiting my bank account, even after the contract ended. I called customer care and communicated via email to maropeng motana social media consultant on the 12 December 2015. Cell c kept on debiting my account for the amount of R372 every month and I kept reversing the transaction. I received a sms saying that my account will be handed over to their legal department. I visited cell c in centurion mall on the 13th August 2016 and they advised me to contact the legal department as they can see that I've no account with cell c but my account is with legal</p>
