Blacklisted Due To *********** Call Centre Staff At Cell C

Cell C blacklisted my wife due to a fault from their own call centre when she renewed her contact two years ago. Now that we tried to apply for a home loan, the bond originators informed us that she has been blacklisted by Cell C.

I have spoken to Customer Service, the legal department and now the reversal department - this has been going on for over 5 working days and no one can assist me. If we fail to get our home loans due to the neglect of Cell C we are taking legal action against this good for nothing company!
