Blacklisted by Cell C without having a Contract

About a year ago I cancelled my Cell C contract which had expired over 2 year prior and moved my number over to prepaid, now before I did that I had enquired about a possible Data Top Up of 2GB and if I would be able to pay for my own calls like I did with my previous contract, turns out Cell C said no and I was not interested but the great person at head office in Woodmead went ahead and still app**** a contract which I wasn't aware about.<br> <br> About a month after that Cell C started Debiting my account for around R380 I asked what this was for and was informed it was a contract, we went back and forth and so i thought it was fixed.<br> <br> About a week ago i tried to finance a motor vehicle but was turned away because I had a judgement against my name from Cell C, they promised to clear this up and over two weeks into the matter nothing has been done, they don't even have the decency to apology for there error let alone fix my judgement.<br> <br> Ref *** <br> <br> They want to buy you out from your contract so they can do this! Pathetic service
