Blacklisted by Cell C because of *****

I have been blacklisted by Cell C for 2 accounts that were opened in my name, I have never walked into a Cell C shop in my life, let alone opened a contract with them. I can't get a home loan for a place I am trying to buy and Cell C can't even send me a signed contract for something I am not involved in.
