Blacklisted but i dont owe them

<p>last year i had an issue with cell c wrongly blacklisting me. they said they rectfied it but now i want to buy a car i am told by credit houses that i owe cell c more than 4000 rands. i have an up to date cell account which i never missed a payment ever since my upgrade</p>
