Blacklisted

I am writing this review because I am fed up since 2018 I have been fighting with cell c I took a contract with cell c in 2016 and the contract was paid up in 2018 but you listed me for R35 which I don't owe my account was paid even extra. I have been calling and sending emails with no joy I need this to be removed it is affecting my credit score.
