<p>I had a contract with cell c with I paid off in 2013,after I paid it off they continued to deduct from my account so I call them and that money was paid back by recently I found out that I have been blacklisted by cell c with the same amount that was paid back to me. Been trying to call cell c by with no luck.can someone help me please</p>
