Blacklisted

Hi, I have been trying to resolve this issue with Cell C about an amount that reflects as outstanding on my account since September, as per their records they will see my constant communication with them about asking to be removed, they have sent me a letter confirming that i am not outstanding and advised me that the process to remove this will take 2-15 days with the credit bureau and this letter was sent to me in February, this letter alone is not sufficient enough because the negative review still appears on my credit profile.

Cell C pleaseb review and try to sort this out as a matter of urgency, Thanks.
