Blacklist only takes 5 - 6 days versus 24 - 48hours?

The registered cell number, ********** , and the Samsung Galaxy 7 were both ****** on Thursday 18 October 2018. I duly reported this case to Cell C Stellenbosch and needed the cell number and Samsung Galaxy 7 IMEI serial number to be blacklisted. The Cell C staff mentioned that it will take 5 - 6 days. However, I lost a copy of the original blacklist form. Then yesterday I had to re-do the submission and made copies for myself. I went to N1 City Cell C yesterday to again ask the Cell C staff to re-submit my blacklist form with the supporting documents. Now, this guy is telling me that it will take 24 - 48 hours to proceed the blacklist.

First of all, this cell number and Samsung Galaxy is currently ****** and being exposed. Your failure to timeously blacklist both the cell number and Samsung Galaxy 7 IMEI serial number will leave me a choice to proceed to report Cell C to Cellular Ombudsman or alternatively drag it to court, in where you may be held liable for all costs being incurred.

I await for feedback that is required at soonest as possible.

Good day, yes, I can confirm that Moses had done that. I had been assisted further by one of your stores to get both the cell number and the IEMI serial numbers blacklisted. They discovered that there was another IMEI serial number. I eventually obtained the itc reference number accordingly.
