Blacklist of device
i had my device ****** on 5 September 2017. the device was a vodacom device but cell c sim card used on the device from the word go!
i go to vodacom to get the device blacklisted, they tell me that is cell c's action as i had used cell c sim card in the device and this would have registered on cell c systems! firstly, i call cell c twice on 6 september at 1:07 and 1:17 in the morning to block the sim and black list the device. thank you for blocking the sim but they failed to blacklist the device twice and stated i go to a cell c outlet to have the device blacklisted. i stated i will.
on 6 september around 10:00 am i go to the greenstone cell c outlet, they were renovating but allowed me in the shop - they failed to blacklist the device! all this time waste gives the ******** the freedom over my device, yeah its ****** but we need to teach these dishonest people a LESSON!! work hard and smart and not *****!
after greenstone cell c was unsuccessful to block the device they asked me to go to vodacom as it is their device! i go to vodacom they tell me to go to cell c!!! now you see the frustration here! i had to drive from greenstone to festival mall cell c outlet where the cell c agent provided me a form to complete and called the call centre to have the device blacklisted! the agent requested i call the call centre after a while to obtain a ITC (hope this is correct) number and provide them with a reference number that she had given me! i did call cell c call centre and the agent made me hold on for 17 minutes and then the phone went down!!! disgusting and pathetic!!! all i want is to have the ****** device blacklisted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
