Blacklist

I made my monthly payment as usual but cell c did not receive a particular payment due to "the reference being incorrect", I than sent proof of payment multiple times and the payment was confirmed but little did I know I have been blacklisted for that. I enquired about the blacklisting, they explained everything and it was than agreed that I will be removed from the blacklist but as expected that never happened and I'm still waiting.
