BlackData that no-one wants

I bought data on Black Friday, R1499 for 200GB, from the CellC website. I thought it was the Black Friday promotion. Only after a week of not being able to use the data was I informed by the not so helpful callcenter that BlackData can only be used on the GetBlack app. Putting a BlackData banner on your website on Black Friday is very misleading. I have paid a lot of money for data I needed for work, but can only use for entertainment. Please be so kind as to refund me
