BlackData LIE - Cell C

So I got a contract will you about a month ago. I'm meant to be receiving 4GB of BlackData daily. To date, I have not received any at all and nobody at your call center has been of any assistance. This is unacceptable because I am paying for this service and I want to receive what I paid for.

I expect to be reimbursed for ALL the days i have not received my data!
