Blackberry z10 problems

I have had my contract with cell c for not even a year, my blackberry had to be repaired late last year and had to be sent all the way to blackberry. Needless to say I got it back and the problem persisted. I went back to the help centre (Head office on Old Pta Main rd) where I was given a refurbished unit. <br> <br> My complaint is that a friend of mine (also with Cell C) had problems with her z10. And was told Z10 is discontinued. She was given a Sony Experia 2 brand new out the box!! To Me this means that I am not a valued customer as she had her z10 even before I got mine, and also came to Cell C on her recommendation!!! I see this as both ****** and ***ist not to give me the same service and piece of mind. I have to now walk with some other persons phone who got broken and hope it wont break again. I would like to request the exact same service as I have lost my confidence in blackberry who I have supported for years now from the very first Curve 8520. And even with all the problem I stuck This time around I am afraid I am not keen. Please help!!!!
