Blackberry 9720

I sent my daughters blackberry in for repairs as it was freezing and only working on the charger.<br> <br> Cell c have now sent back the damn phone saying that it is not repairable, this phone is still under warranty, the thing that is ****ing me off even more is that these idiots that were working on the phone have now f***** up the charging point on the phone that we are now unable to use the phone as they messed it up so bad the charger don't even go in and now they want to quote me for repairs, TOTAL ********!!!<br> <br> I am on Contract with Cell C and I want to cancel my contract with these people. <br> <br> I dont advise anybody to deal with Cell C, as the complaints on this sight are more than the satisfaction rates.
