Black listed because of your admitted incompetence

Cell C you are useless. For the last four months my debit orders have not been coming off my credit card. I have emailed cell c many times to ask and only got one acknowledgment of email to customer service but no help received! I phoned at the beginning of September and spoke to an assistant who said she knew that cell c is having a problem with credit cards so if I pay the amount due they will activate my account and they promise that my debit order will come off at the end of September. This did not happen and I have now been given a cancellation bill and been handed over! I went into cell c I Langa mall and they can’t help me. Baz the manager has sent my information to try get help and no one has helped him either. Today I phoned Cell c again and Bongiwe told me to she can’t access my account as I have been handed over and will be black listed. But she knows cell c has had problems with accounts and sorry my reputation will be ruined because of them. She gave me the number *** which does not exist. And *** to contact which I have not heard back from. I phoned back and was told I failed my security check when Bongiwe could not access a security check so new lady refused to help me or give me a contact number. After having an account for 20 years and never defaulted I am disgusted that my reputation will be destroyed because of your incompetence!
