BLACK LISTED BECAUSE OF WRONG AMOUNT CREATED BY CELL C AND NO FEEDBACK WHATS SO EVER

<p>I owe Cell C R1033 after i spoke to a lady Palesa Nhlapo (She sent me my Itemised billing). I sent an email to her and asked where i can make the payment to, NO RESPONCE!!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>A few months passed and i got busy. I then recived an SMS stating the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>"48 HOUR NOTICE: MR . MALI DESPITE ATTEMPTS, YOUR CELL C ACC REMAINS UNPAID AND HAS NOW BEEN HANDED OVER TO A SPECIALIZED DEBT. PAY R 2600.04 TODAY. CALL ********** 600 REF: ********** 0" </p> <p> </p> <p>So i am NOT MR MALI so i ignored the message, a few days later a lady from Nudebt phoned me to inform me that i need to pay R2600.00 to cell c, i had a dissagreement with her over the phone and i told her that its R1033.00 and i can not see how the bill can continue to grow as i told Palesa Nhlapo to cancel my account with Cell c. </p> <p> </p> <p>We then agreed that a payment will be ,ade by the 2nd of March 2017. I went to open a bank account at Nedbank and the Iscaak guy told me that now I need to pay Cell c R2900.00 as Cell c put me on the "BAD CREDIT" list!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I FEEL BETRAID THE AMOUNT KEEPS ON GROWING AND I DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE TABLET NOR SIMCARD ANYMORE I WILL ONLY PAY R838.54 STATED ON MY LAST ITEMIZED BILLING AND I NEED CELL C TO REMOVE ME FROM THE "BAD CREDIT" LIST AS WE HAD AN AGREEMENT !!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
