Black data service from black data

Poor service I took a contract out with cell c that include free unlimited black data to stream anything on the black data app. I have the phone now more then 3 months but no access to my free black data unlimited. The store is awaiting on black data to replay with my voucher nr and details but nothing happen. They even send them a email on my behave but no reply. So I dnt know anymore abwt this black data and black box of cell c anymore.
