BLACK DATA not the chosen tariff plan I chose
I am currently on the Mega Bonus Tariff Plan and just after i recharged I expected to receive my bonus airtime as per plan that I am on. When I checked my balance , there was an unknown Black data balance which I DID NOT ASK FOR. I called the customer care line and it was explained that this data only works when you download the Black Data App , this is absolutely BOGUS as no one had asked to join this data plan. The so called Black Data can only be used to watch series and movies. This is in no way relevant to my personal preference and is therefore USELESS. I am definitely porting to another networ****

The BlackData promotional offers have been running from 24 November 2017 until further notice on both prepaid and contract.
Where prepaid customers on the SupaCharge, MegaBonus, Easychat and 66c prepaid tariff plans that recharge with between R50 and R99.99 receive zero-rated data access to download or stream a movie rental or purchase for 2 days or up to 50GB, whichever comes first.
Customers that recharge with R100 or more get zero-rated data access to download or stream a movie rental or purchase for 5 days or up to 100GB. This promotion is only applicable to data usage on the Cell C network and excludes national roaming.
