"Black Data" Instead of "Giga Data" - Unclear Product Listing

So this is not really a complaint (yet, and hopefully not). I've been a regular user of the Cell C Giga Data Packages. Upon it running out this evening I went ahead and recharged - seeing the usual 200GB package for R1,499 I promptly purchased it.

Only bugbear is the fact that this bundle is what they now call "Black Data".

To the Cell C representative here, I would like to get this converted into the 200GB Giga Data package understanding that I'd need to cover the difference in price.

Please advise how I can get this effected as swiftly as possible.

I would also recommend that the Giga Packages be placed more prominently on your website and that there's a clear purchase process of the Giga Packages in the self-service portal.

The product listing is very clear, Black Data (black bundles) and Data bundles (normal data), the packages are placed prominently from MB to GB on the website with clear purchase processes and in the self-service portal where Data (normal data) and Black (black data).

Hey, If you refer to the URL I've sent and read my message you will see that I'm not the only one who has made the error. My point is that the Giga Packages aren't listed clearly. My request was how to resolve and transfer the Black Data which I have no use for to Giga Data. Thanks

also on your point on clear listed you will see that Giga Data for 200GB is actually not listed under data bundles

The listing is clear under data bundles if you select bundle validity for 365 days, you will find SMART ONCE OFF 200GB @ R1999.00 under the options available.

Could you please advise how i can get the 200Gb Black Data i purchased converted to 200GB Giga Data? If you refer to a similar query on 8 Jan 2018 by Juan R with subject, "Be careful of "BLACK DATA" you will note that my query is identical. so please advise how to resolve my query on transfer.

okay, so who do i speak to regarding a refund. the data remains untouched. and according to consumer protection act of SA a consumer has the right to refund, regardless of any contractual standing among parties.
