I have taken a contract out with Cell C for fibre which I am very happy with . However the agent from Cell C CONVINCED ME TO TRY OUT THE BLACK BOX WHICH HE SAID WAS FREE FOR THREE MONTHS and could be returned if we are not happy with it .We have tried on numerous occasions to return this BLACK BOX and spoken to Andile and Clinton plus emailed them to no avail . Piet was the agent who sold us the contract he is not taking our calls or returning messages . We were told that this would be charged after 3 months a fee of R400 per month ,we do not want this Box but cannot get anyone to respond to our request to collect it . Please help .
