Bizarre explanation

<p>I have recently upgraded two contracts through cell c direct. To my amazement, cell c direct can't activate the two simcards because there hasn't be usage on them for over 60 days. The cell c store at Carswald in Midrand says I must purchase simcards from them at a charge of R114 each. They apparently can't activate the simcards I received from Cell C direct. Why on earth would I have to pay so much money to replace brand new simcards that I have. I refuse to pay this. They are after all your simcards. Make this happen or cancell the two contracts. This is insane. </p>
