BIS changes

I recently took over my fianc?s blackberry handset whereby I am using cellc as my service provider now I have been using cellc for over 10 years now and never have I experienced such pathetic service,I had to rechanrge on my bis today whereby its normally R37 for social plan and email today of all days after using a blackberry handset for so long I started using my wives phone today and did my bis I loaded R37 done what I needed to do but could not get my email to work I called the call centre which is blackberry support and they told me BIS is changed and no longer works the old way now when you take over someones elses handset you need to load R57 for the first month and then thereafter load your Nornal R37 plan which I was unaware of because previous times I never had to do that I just did a device swipe loaded my BIS and I was setup to use the device I don't think MTN nor Vodacom has these **** rules about registering the handset before using it losing out on the R37 aint the biggie here but having me load another R57 ontop of that in my ISSUE----Marvin Sauls
