BILLY QUERI STILL NOT SORTED, A YEAR OLD

This is the 5th time I have to report this matter regarding cell phone number ***<br> <br> Took out package for R127 per month included with it Bis to the valur of R27.00. Still being charge R149.00. Cell C called me over a month ago and stated that they would credit my account for R 528.00 being R22 x 24 months.<br> <br> Nothing happens. What is wrong with Cell C? They keep telling me ****. Worst company Ihave ever dealt with<br> <br> I keep on wasting my time to attend to the mess that they cause. Now i need to be compensated for my time too.<br> <br> Note the credit of R528.00 on Number *** is for a different query as per email received 30/03/2015 reference ***.<br> <br> Can you guys please wake up and sort this matter out<br> <br> Regards<br> Pravesh
