Billing woes
For reasons unknown to me, I have been charged an additional R99 for 240 minutes in October, November and December which I neither need nor ordered.
In spite of the woes experienced thusfar with Cell C’s billing, I have now been charged in January 2020 an additional Pinnacle 3GB cost of R 359 for December in spite having a contract already in December and having paid for it.
Since October 2019, Cell C ha sover charged me by R656.00. Can someone please help me fix this mess?
