Billing with no account with Cell C

Cell C Customer Care Case Number : ***<br> I've reported a ***** case against my name by Cell C. Until now, the issue has not been resolved instead I keep being billed on my bank. Every month I have to stop the debit order and is costing me money and time to do that.
