Billing to be explained

Have a contract with Cell C. This has being active for longer than 24 months.

Cell C decided the end of Dec to deduct double of what was expected. explanation was pro rata

My contract came to an end on the 2nd November 2018 and had upgraded and on that day my new contract became effective. at the end of that months R310 was deducted and i thought it was for the new contract. Dec R550 was deducted and i started to ask questions and answers are still not making sense and some consultants hang up instead of explaining.

The R550 i was told is my monthly fee and prorata for the months of November, in simple English, i was charged for November and December , how ever in Novermber R310 WAS ALREADY deducted. this is not to be explained cause i was told that i was charged for the old contract and for the month of October, i then asked as there was a prorata in the first debit 24 months ago, why am i expected to pay in November for October? if i understand the first debit is for two months and means there is no month that is behind.

It is better if for November if Cell c had loaded the benefits fr the old contract but nothing was loaded but had to pay for full month
