BILLING SYSTEM UP TO no good
Cell C billing system is up to sh...t, i've been overcharged by R300<br> <br> They allocate data incorrectly and then bill you for it.<br> <br> I am really upset with the billing structure as i have been a client of cell c for a very long time.<br> <br>
