BILLING QUERY
I am so frustrated with Cell C billing department ever since my upgrade they keep of billing me wrong for subscription I have escalated the matter and to date no once has contacted me I am even thinking of cancelling my contract because the money that they are billing is too much

03 Dec 2021, 11:13That has been cancelled long time ago and the consultant I liaised with assured me that they have been blocked the amount that you have been billing me its ridiculous I took the 50 day and 50 night gig for R199 and I have never been charged that I need this thing resolved
