Billing me for things I did not order and still cant listen.

I got an sms in June 2017 staying a large amount of money came off my account about a cell c product that i did not order, or agree to, when i phoned it in they said that it would be sorted in 10 to 14 working days its now Jan 2018 and i have yet to receive a refund and they still deducting funds from me every month, every time i call it in and state to "CANCEL" "ALL" the contracts and "refund" my money that they have been taking every month with out fail. the only contract i have with them is from 2015 and even that they don't cancel it when i stated CANCEL ALL contract as i don't to want to have "any more dealings" with the company. they poor listening s****s have really set the bar for BAD SERVICE
