Billing issue
Some one at cell c is taking me for a ride serious . Moses Mofekeng has promised that my bill issue will be resolved to my surprise still debited me the same 499 Instead of the balance that we agreed on . Can someone please come to my rescue. I'm really getting tired of cell c service .
