My query has still not been resolved and my payments are due tomorrow, for a business as big as cell c I would've expected them to do better. Since this issue seems to not be resolved after literally months I think it's time to take this up with ICASA maybe then someone will listen

The feedback was that the credits has been sent off and should have been app**** but it has not. Go and check your records don't ask me what the feedback was, how do you operate a business

You and your team keep saying this. Just for your reference I have escalated this to ICASA as well as the ncc I have had nothing but a bad experience with cell c each and every year it's something with you and this leaves a foul taste in one's mouth

've spoken to Johnny yesterday and I am not sure why this is taking so long as this has been addressed since the invoice was generated now this morning a debit goes off and its for the full amount this shouldn't have happened if the credits were on the account in the first place. I have also advised Johnny that I am seeking compensation for the mess that cell c has created. I am not closing my ICASA or ncc complaints until this matter has been resolved

Official
We understand your concern regarding the debit order that went off this morning. Please note that although the credits have already been submitted for processing, they may take up to 7 working days to reflect on your account. Unfortunately, this means the billing system may still process the debit before the credit becomes visible on your account.

Once the credits reflect, your account will automatically be adjusted accordingly.

Regarding your request for compensation, we have noted this and will escalate it to the relevant team for assessment. We will keep you updated on the outcome as soon as feedback is received.

Kind regards,
Cell C | TM
