Billing info went wrong

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. I woke up, began the new job as a marketer and the Cell C cut my lines. <br> Not knowing what went wrong... I spoke to a few consultants... and not one of them could help me sort out my problem. I lastly spoke to a very nice lady (I wish I could remember her name), but being frustrated, I was crying like a baby. Then she said I must hold on - her supervisor are going to help me. Then this angel from heaven came - RASHI HANOOK. <br> He really help me sort out my problem. And he came back to me. <br> <br> Firstly he gave me his email address and then he phone me back all the time - just to see if I sorted out everything and then just to see if I'm alright. <br> <br> My lines were cut off... but he gave me this 10min period just to phone someone that can help me... knowing that he can't do that really. A few hours time everything was sorted out and in seconds all my lines were working!!! WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!<br> <br> I had lost it with all the other consultants but this lady who helped me and referring me to him... he that helped me... not even once lost his temper... He is really one great Team Leader... GOING THAT EXTRA MILE!!! <br> <br> THANK YOU RASHI<br> :)
