Billing incorrectly

Good day, I took out a contract with Cell C at the end of January: ***and ***. As per my emails with Bukhosi Mathobela my contract would be R 320 per month (including VAT), on a Top Up and I would receive 1 GIG free for three months. I have however not ONCE received an invoice for R 320 since, and also did not receive 1 GIG since March. I have tried sorting it out with the call centre and via emails, but with not sucess.
