Billing highlights six months in arrears on sim that is offline
<p>Cell C debiting my account with amounts that I never agreed upon. The amount deducted implies that I'm six month in arrears which is not true. I don't even receive statements unless I call the contact centre to email them to me. </p>

what a nerve cell c has to send me a letter of demand without resolving the fradulant activities on my account.
*********** consultant calling me with useless questions about which no. cell c phoned me from when I renewed my contract over a year ago. Really? I asked for a recording, you can't give it to me due to stupid policy, which company drafts a contact with an individual and doesn't want the individual to have a copy thereof. I asked for IP addresses nothing was sent to me but there's an excuse you can only backdate for 3 months, and where are the monthly statements since the last one I asked for on 11 May 2016....which I also struggled to get from cell c.
Seriously? And you wake up everyday claiming to have a job that you don't even provide good service for? Disgusting !!
