Billing for unsubscribed services

I have 2 contracts and 2 prepaid phones with you and for some reason, you are billing us for these subscription services we never signed up for.

I have tried to stop some but I want a detailed bill on both accounts for what you have charged and a refund for both accounts. Please note that both of these numbers have never subscribed to anything they would not know how to one is 63 and the other 80. Regards
