Billing for postage never requested
Hi,<br> <br> I took a contract out for my son. I hate to work with hardcopies, so I most surely did not request to have Statements and invoices sent per post.. But guess what? I receive Statement and invoice per post, and the lovely extra R5,26 billing for this.. Call with Head Office Duration currently Standing 23:41.<br> <br> My call was forwarded to another department. Call currently Standing on 28:11.
