Billing for non-used services

<p>I took a router with CELLC last year April 20 Gigs for R399 a month.</p> <p>What surprises me now is that I pay more than R500 per month, why is that?</p> <p>When I went to a CellC store beginning of January to enquiry this I was told I have to put a limit and I did. I explained to the lady that I don't even finish the data and still have to pay more than R500. I went to another store yesterday and I was told that there's a "Content Services" that I am subscribed to. How do I subscribe to this service through the router? I never subscribed to any service!</p> <p>So now I would like to get all my money that was charged to me for this service that I don't even use.</p> <p>Content Services :-<br />October - R99.99 <br /> R513.05 was deducted from my account.<br />December - R96.58 <br /> R509.16<br />January - R96.58<br /> R505.88</p>
