Billing for Data
Hi <br> <br> I have a contract by CELL C that consists of 100 call min , a 100 sms/mms and 1gig data for 24 months (samsung s4). But since I asked them to cancel my contract and change it to prepaid, they have stopped giving me data on the last month of my contract and now they are billing me for my data usage but they gave me the 100 min call time and the 100 sms/mms. <br> <br> This is unacceptable, and unprofessional from a huge company like cell c. <br> And this doesn't apply to the contract. <br> <br> Regards <br>
