Billing for a service I don't want

Billing again the subscription "Getmore" offered this to my mother which she explained she is not working and i'm the one paying for her contract. To make matters worse is that the agent who offered this to my mother she did not give her a chance to explain or not listen to my mother. .. When I explained to the Kgadi and Mpho from Get more they did not care of the incompetence of their sales agent but how my mother agreed to everything.
