Billing for a service attached to a contract as "Free"
Cell C - C - Fibre
I recently signed up for a C-Fibre service it has been 2 months and no one has contacted me for installation they require a upfront fee of 999R as a deposit they give you a router and one of there ****ty over priced data bundles [12x1G] for free as a signing bonus.
I now see on my statement they have deducted 250R off the deposit [as per contract this is the 4 month].
They are clearly the most useless company in south africa.
